Talbots is bringing a new expression of classic American style to Manhattan this fall with Talbots Takes Manhattan, a Fall 2026 campaign spanning social storytelling, the brand’s New York Fashion Week debut, and new cultural and media partnerships.

Classic With Confidence. Style With Substance.

The season is rooted in a simple idea: classic style is not static. It is personal, confident and continually reinterpreted through the lives of the women who wear it. Fall 2026 reflects the multidimensional life of the Talbots woman through polished tailoring, expressive color and pattern, modern proportions and versatile pieces designed to feel both timeless and timely.

“Talbots has always been about much more than the clothes women wear. The brand represents a way of living—with confidence, optimism, curiosity and a strong sense of self,” said Barbara Wagner, brand president of Talbots. “Our role has long been one of trust: serving as a style guide and editor who makes fashion accessible for her life. This fall, we are expressing that role with renewed creative energy, greater visibility and cultural relevance.”

The fall brand campaign was photographed by Ben Watts, whose energetic visual style brings a modern lens to Talbots’ interpretation of American style. Featuring well-known and beloved faces of Talbots, including supermodel Niki Taylor, the campaign moves between iconic downtown and uptown locations—from Prince Street in SoHo and Washington Square Park to the timeless backdrop of Central Park—capturing the contrast, movement and versatility of Manhattan style.

Complementing the brand campaign is “More to Explore,” a cinematic social series shot by director Beau Sam. Designed specifically for social platforms, the work brings greater intimacy, personality and immediacy to the season through the lens of friendship and connection. Together, the brand and social campaigns create one cohesive fall world, expressed differently by channel while maintaining a recognizable Talbots point of view.

The Fall 2026 collection refreshes signature tailoring through modern styling, color, print, texture and layering, creating an elevated yet approachable wardrobe for the many ways women live and dress today.

Talbots at New York Fashion Week

The campaign came to life through Talbots’ first official New York Fashion Week activation at Lafayette Grand Café & Bakery in Manhattan’s NoHo district. Co-hosted by Taylor, the experience brought together fashion, media, creators, customers and friends of the brand for a celebration of Fall 2026 and Talbots’ point of view on modern American style. Actress Justine Lupe, star of “Nobody Wants This” and “Succession,” attended the event dressed in the Fall 2026 collection.

For the first time, Talbots also extended exclusive access to select members of its tiered loyalty program, inviting some of its most engaged customers inside the Fashion Week experience. The initiative reflected an expanding view of loyalty that goes beyond traditional rewards to include access to the brand, cultural moments and experiences typically reserved for industry insiders.

“Fashion Week gives us an opportunity to bring Talbots into a broader cultural conversation while bringing our customer closer to the brand,” said Bobby Ferrario, chief marketing officer of Talbots. “This is not about chasing fashion for fashion’s sake. It is about showing that classic American style can feel modern, expressive and culturally engaged—and giving some of our most loyal customers the opportunity to experience that firsthand. Increasingly, loyalty is about more than points or transactions. It is about access, recognition and creating experiences that deepen the relationship with the brand.”
