Soles4Souls Adds Foot Locker’s Gray to Board

Global nonprofit Soles4Souls announced that Andrew Gray, Foot Locker executive vice president and chief commercial officer, is the newest member of its board of directors. Soles4Souls is a Nashville-based nonprofit that creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.

“Soles4Souls is an incredible organization that through sneakers is empowering people, creating jobs and protecting our planet,” said Gray. “I’m honored to be joining the board of directors and look forward to advancing their mission, which is helping to change lives and create stronger futures.”

Gray has been with Foot Locker since 2013. He leads the company’s efforts to elevate the customer experience across the globe. Prior to taking on his current appointment, he previously served as the vice president and chief merchandising officer from October 2017 – July 2020, the vice president and general manager of Foot Locker and Lady Foot Locker U.S. from February 2016 – October 2017 and the vice president and general merchandising manager of Foot Locker Europe from July 2013 – February 2016.
