Helmsley Spear, LLC, America’s oldest continuously operating real estate firm founded in 1866, is pleased to announce the appointment Jimmy Javier as an assistant vice president, concentrating on commercial leasing.
Javier brings more than 35 years of commercial leasing and sales experience to the firm. Over a three and a half decade career he has closed hundreds of transactions working with some of the most prominent domestic and international commercial property owners and corporate tenants, including Republic National Bank, Paulson & Company, Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, Pirelli North America, Danskin, Thai Farmers Bank, and The Government of Thailand, among many others.
