Full service dry cleaner Broadway Cleaners has signed a lease for The Saranac at 344 Broadway in Tribeca, said Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. The store had been subleased from another tenant. The long-term direct lease is for 933 square feet of ground-floor space with 18 feet of frontage on Broadway.
“Broadway Cleaners has been a staple in the Tribeca neighborhood for over 10 years, and we are thrilled to be a part of their continued success,” said Joshua J. Roth, senior vice president of retail at Manhattan Skyline Corp. “The business’ decision to continue in a prime location in Tribeca is a testament to the neighborhood’s ever-growing demand, as well as to the quality of service Broadway Cleaners provides.”
Broadway Cleaners offers organic dry cleaning, hand pressing and wash-and-fold laundry. Located at Broadway between Worth Street and Catherine Lane, The Saranac is a full-service luxury rental building featuring a 24-hour doorman, attended garage and an outdoor roof deck.
Roth handled the deal for the landlord in-house. There was no broker on the tenant side.
