Retail real estate advisory firm Katz & Associates has promoted Holly Buchanan and Donny Moskovic to senior director and David Yablon to director.

Born and raised in the Nashville, Tennessee area, Buchanan, has been with Katz since helping to open the Nashville office in 2017. She has more than 20 years of retail real estate experience and works in Tennessee and surrounding states of Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas and Mississippi.
Moskovic, located in the Katz New Jersey office, has 29 years in the business, joining Katz in 2013. Some notable deals of 2020 include leases completed with NAPA Auto Parts, Volkswagen, River Street Sweets Savannas Candy Kitchen and multiple investment sales. He has built a reputation as a leader in the and works with multi state operators on leases, sales and merger and acquisitions in the cannabis real estate space
A 20-year Manhattan resident Yablon, located in Katz’s New York City office, has been with the firm for three years. His 2020 deals include helping to bring Gansevoort Market Food Hall to the Westfield World Trade Center Shops at the Oculus and assisting Dough Pizza with its entry into Manhattan with a location on Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side.
