Garment district dining mainstay Andrews Thirty-Fifth Street Coffee Shop has renewed its lease for three floors totaling more than 5,000 square feet at 463 Seventh Avenue, one of five deals signed at the building, announced Adams & Co. In all, the leases total 33,268 square feet and range from five to nine years.
“Within the last year, we’ve seen a tremendous amount of leasing activity, with tenants gravitating to landlords that they can rely on no matter the circumstances” said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. “Reliable landlords combined with reliable tenants is a recipe for success in any environment, and an important component to business. As the city begins to reopen more aggressively, we are confident we’ll see continued activity for our entire portfolio.”
