Katz & Associates’ Marty Hennessy represented Pet Supermarket in a lease for a new store in Ocala, Florida, part of a major 2022 expansion. The 7,540-square-foot store, located in Marion Shopping Center, is slated to open in August 2021.
Hennessy and David Emihovich manage the Katz & Associates Pet Supermarket team including Jon Cashion, Paige Eber, CCIM, and Daniel Solomon, CCIM for the stores in Florida. Julie Gardner manages Katz’s Pet Supermarket work in the Carolinas and Georgia. Molly Marcum and Marty Hennessy handle Katz’s Pet Supermarket work in Alabama and Tennessee.
Katz has completed over 100 leases since 2009 for the pet superstore retailer.

With over 200 locations in seven states Pet Supermarket stores typically range from 6,000 square feet to 7,000 square feet, and offer pet food and supplies, grooming services, self-serve dog wash stations, vaccination clinics and more.
