Hounds Town U.S.A., an interactive doggie daycare, pet spa and boarding facility is coming to Brooklyn, New York, at 57 Jay St. in Dumbo. Katz & Associates’ David Yablon represented Hounds Town through Resolute RE’s Sherry Naquin Sanchez, the master broker for the Hounds Town franchise. The landlord is Churchill Real Estate.
The location will be is1,500 square feet on the ground level and 3,000 square feet in the selling basement. It is slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2022.
“Hounds Town coming to Dumbo is definitely the right place and right time,” said David Yablon, director, Katz & Associates. “The area is booming with development. It also has a very high per capita number of dogs owned, which has ballooned further during COVID-19. With many pandemic pups purchased and people looking for canine care and services at fair prices, Hounds Town will be a great asset.”
Hounds Town has more than 75 locations across 12 states and has operated for more than 20 years since its first location opened in 2000 in New York.
