Essensys, a global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, has appointed Arthur Mirante III as head of strategic partnerships.
Mirante’s 25 years of diversified experience in the investment banking industry focused on real estate securities. Most recently, he served in real estate and project development for Lightower Capital. Prior to Lightower, he worked in the REIT sector as an analyst on portfolio analysis and comprehensive modeling across property types for Forum Securities and posted record REIT sales revenue as a director with KeyBanc. Earlier in his career, he was a vice president with both Merrill and JPMorgan in their institutional equity division, where he was responsible for numerous global investment management clients.
Prior to his career in finance, Mirante worked in real estate development for Lincoln Property Company, an international developer and manager of high-quality assets. As project manager, he gained an intimate understanding of the commercial real estate business. In addition, Mirante comes from a prominent real estate background; his father, Arthur J. Mirante II, served as president and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield for over 23 years and is now the principal and chairman of the tri-state region for Avison Young.
Mirante holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
