Shortly after opening its first location in New Jersey in Linden, New Jersey Steakburgers has retained Ripco Real Estate to help it open 30 franchised Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers throughout Central and Northern New Jersey.
The fast-casual drive-thru restaurant concept has more than 400 locations throughout the United States, and made its Garden State debut at at 810 W Edgar Road (US-1 South) in Legacy Square.
“We are confident that our knowledge and retail expertise in New Jersey will help Freddy’s reach its goal of opening two to three restaurants per year,” said Curtis Nassau, executive vice president of Ripco NJ. “We admire Freddy’s concept, known for quality food and warm hospitality, and can help them rollout their brand across New Jersey.”
Nassau along with Ripco’s Patrick Brake, are looking for drive-thru locations that can accommodate a 2,600- to 3,200-square-foot building. These buildings can be a ground lease, lease, build-to-suit or purchased.
