Crew Restaurant Group will open an oyster bar in 1,500 square feet at 109 West Broadway in Tribeca. The yet-to-be-named eatery is the latest venture in the group’s collection of experience-driven, maritime-inspired restaurants, and is slated to open in February 2022.
Founded by brothers and lifelong sailors Alex and Miles Pincus, Crew operates local hotspots Grand Banks, Drift In and others, and will utilize its newest location to offer a year-round authentic oyster-bar experience in Downtown Manhattan.
“We’re so excited to be creating a new experience in the heart of Tribeca. It’s been a lifelong dream to actualize a space like this in downtown New York City,” said Alex Pincus. “We’re extremely grateful to have worked with Peter who helped us find the perfect location.”
A Lee & Associates team of Peter Braus and Morris Dweck represented Crew in the transaction. The landlord, New York-based ASG Equities, was represented by George Karnoupakis.
