Lee & Associates NYC has arranged a new, 850-square-foot, long-term lease for a boutique convenience store and juice bar concept at 4026 Broadway in Manhattan’s Washington Heights neighborhood. The to-be-named location, which will offer a curated selection of premium quick service food offerings and necessities, is slated to open in December.
Lee & Associates NYC Principal Steve Lorenzo represented the tenants, Raj Punwani and Carmen Paulino, as well as the landlord, Woodrow Court in the transaction. Punwani and Paulino have extensive experience operating quick services restaurants and national food franchises, and currently operate several locations throughout New York City and New Jersey.
“4026 Broadway is the perfect location to match the tenants needs,” said Lorenzo. “It’s a highly visible storefront in a coveted location — which attracted multiple offers — but ultimately proved to be the right fit for this concept, and we’re looking forward to welcoming them into the neighborhood.”
The ground-floor space is located next to Dunkin Donuts and Familia Pizza and across the street from the New York-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
