Bleecker Street and environs will see an influx of new retailers, reports Ripco Real Estate, which signed leases totaling 7,930 square feet on Bleecker and Christopher Streets in the West Village neighborhood.
Felix, a resortwear brand, will open at 333; photography gallery and coffee shop Do Not Feed the Alligators is coming to 337; menswear designer Mack Weldon will occupy 371; t-shirt and other essentials brand Goodlife will open at 375; Argentinian apparel brand Maria Cher makes its New York City debut at 378 and Brooklinen’s second store in the city will be at 383. Nearby, 89 Christopher St. will be home to the first retail location for Surreal Skincare.
