JRM Construction Management has completed a 17,000-square-foot office build-out project for Blue Wolf Capital, a New York-based private equity firm located on the 65th floor of Silverstein Properties’ 3 World Trade Center.
Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC is a private equity firm with a distinctive approach to building stronger businesses. Founded in 2005, Blue Wolf Capital manages over $1.8 billion in capital and combines a focus on operational, strategic, and financial discipline to responsibly transform companies.
JRM installed high-end custom finishes throughout the modern space. Sleek private offices were constructed with scenic views of the New York City skyline, along with numerous open workspaces, a reception area and an elevator lobby.
Amenities integrated into the space included a fully equipped fitness center and wellness room, as well as a stocked cafe and pantry for employees. A boardroom and multiple conference centers were outfitted with full audiovisual capabilities for presentations and video conferencing, enabling seamless meetings and presentations through the company’s premier conference facilities.
