Optical provider Wall Eyecare Associates will open a location at Wall Towne Center in Manasquan, New Jersey, announced Levin Management Corp. (LMC).
Wall Eyecare Associates is owned and operated by Dr. Jennifer Ward. An established local optometrist, Dr. Ward was a Pearle Vision franchisee at another Wall location before opening her own practice at Wall Towne Center. Wall Eyecare Associates specializes in providing comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings and the treatment and management of eye disease and eye infections.
LMC serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for Wall Towne Center. LMC Leasing Representative Kendal Hand-Freda arranged the 2,200-square-foot Wall Eyecare Associates transaction; Kent Lorentzen of Coletta Commercial Realty represented the tenant.

The 100,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored retail property sits on Route 34, less than one quarter mile from the intersection of Route 35.
