Published annually, the coveted Newsmaker designation honors individuals who made meaningful contributions to the real estate industry. These headline makers and thought leaders are nominated by readers and selected by RIS Media’s editorial team.
New York Real Estate Center is a dynamic platform that serves as a resource for the residential and commercial real estate community. Subscribers have access to a full catalog of innovative courses and information taught by leading real estate professionals.
Although the plans for New York Real Estate Center pre-dated the pandemic, the March 2020 availability of an online platform proved to be incredibly timely as it offered a forum for agents to remain connected and engaged while simultaneously providing an opportunity to deepen their professional expertise and satisfy continuing education requirements. The industry’s response was overwhelmingly positive, resulting in virtual standing room only sessions of 250-400 attendees per class and more than 10,000 certificates for continuing education in just a matter of months.
The platform allows licensed real estate agents the ability to log in at any time with courses accessible live and on demand through either a subscription fee or package model. New York Real Estate Center also features four recurring webcasts: Real Estate Talks, Legal Hotline, Pro Shop, and Real Estate Coaching that each delve into timely topics and provide actionable insights.
Participants can access offerings via computer, mobile device, or on the school’s dedicated Roku channel.
