Real New York, a Manhattan-based full service residential and commercial brokerage firm, has promoted Jillian Vaccaro to chief operating officer. In this role, she will lead overall growth and development initiatives, with a focus on implementing creative marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales and leasing goals for the company.
“Since joining our leadership team in March 2021, Jillian has proven to be a vital asset to our company,” said Robert Rahmanian, a co-founder of the firm with Louis Adler. “As COO, she will spearhead the expansion of our advanced marketing endeavors which will inherently enhance the value we provide to clients.”
Previously the Head of People Operations with Real New York, Vaccaro is a licensed real estate agent with nearly a decade of experience managing sales and leasing teams throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prior to her career at Real New York, she was the director of sales and leasing for Zumper, the largest rental platform in North America. She also managed sales and team experience for a prominent boutique brokerage firm. In addition to an expertise in management, Vaccaro specializes in tech consulting and software development, and offers a deep understanding of processes that can be automated with technology, adding yet another level of inventiveness and efficiency, the firm said.
Founded in 2013, REAL New York is responsible for completing the highest priced condominium sale in Manhattan south of 23rd Street.
