Sustainable apparel and footwear store Allbirds officially opened its U.S. flagship store at 120 Fifth Ave. At 8,000 square feet, the store is the chain’s largest unit to date.
Developed by Bromley Companies, the 11-story 120 Fifth Ave. contains 70,000 square feet of office and street level retail space. Bromley executed a major capital improvements program for this turn-of-the-century building including new elevators, HVAC systems, roof, windows, façade repairs and a renovated lobby.
120 Fifth is WiredNYC Gold-certified for its technology infrastructure which includes building-wide fiber, multiple internet providers and dedicated and secure equipment telecom rooms.
