The Corcoran Group recently announced that Jason Zeller is joining Corcoran. Zeller is also launching The JZ Team, which will operate out of Corcoran’s Westside Columbus office, led by Senior Managing Director Eric Hamm and Managing Director Kimberly Pickard.
Having amassed over 1,000 transactions in his ten years in real estate, Zeller was recently a part of the top producing Wilder Team at Compass. Zeller brings an associate Joseph Marcus and assistant David Chikovani, to Corcoran as he expands his business. His neighborhood expertise and industry knowledge allow Zeller to take an individualized approach to each client to ensure they land their perfect home. A talented dealmaker and sharp negotiator, Zeller closed 150 real estate transactions in 2021.
“We are so pleased to bring Jason and his new team to Corcoran,” says Eric Hamm, Senior Managing Director of Corcoran’s Westside Columbus office. “He provides best-in-class service to his clients, and we look forward to helping his team achieve even higher levels of success with the strength of the Corcoran brand behind him.”
Kimberly Pickard, Managing Director of Corcoran’s Westside Columbus Office says, “I had the pleasure of working with Jason when we were both at CitiHabitats, and I am excited to work with him again as he takes the next step in his career by launching The JZ Team.”
Zeller remarked on his move, “Now more than ever, I want to grow my business, and I’m confident it’s more than possible with the support of Corcoran’s leadership behind me. I learned an incredible amount working on The Wilder Team for the last eight years, and with that experience driving me, I knew I was ready to start my own team. One can always tell how well run and employee-focused an organization is by employee retention, and it means a lot to see so many familiar faces are still with the company. I can’t wait to get started.”
Originally from Long Island, Jason began his real estate career in Arizona after earning a Bachelor’s degree in regional development and business management. In 2001, Jason started a walk-a-thon in his hometown and has since raised over $160,000 for various local charities. When not at work, Jason enjoys travel, fitness, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
