Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP Expands to South Florida

New York City-based law firm  Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP will expand to South Florida in a merger with Bresky Law and Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman P.A. effective May 15. The firm will continue to practice under the name Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP (SSRGA), and will establish its Florida office at 2424 N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton.

SSRGA is a full-service firm with practice areas including real estate, health care, not-for-profit, litigation, business and corporate, matrimonial and family law and trusts and estates law. The firm will grow by 11 attorneys to a total of 63 attorneys. The South Florida office will focus on appellate, matrimonial, family law, trusts and estates, real estate, probate administration and corporate law.

The merger will create synergies for SSRGA’s real estate, trusts and estates, matrimonial and health care practices while further supporting New York City-based clients active in Florida, and Florida clients active in New York, the firm said in a note.

Since 2000, Bresky Law has become known for state and federal appellate work in Florida, handling criminal and civil appeals, administrative appeals and litigation support. The firm also focuses on trusts and estates, real estate and corporate transactions.

Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman P.A. is a matrimonial and family law firm, also based in Boca Raton, that provides family law services ranging from complex litigation to family mediation, collaborative family law and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Robin Bresky of Bresky Law and Caroline Johnson, Christen Ritchey and Joel Feldman of Johnson, Ritchey & Feldman P.A. will be SSRGA partners in the firm’s Florida office.
