Global Holdings Management Group recently announced the official partnership of Anagram NoMad, a 50-story, 392-unit rental building located at 10 East 29th Street and Breads Bakery, an essential New York bakery, to open the property’s resident-only café.

“With the opening of the ground floor amenities, Anagram NoMad transcends expectations and provides a level of service for our residents that is comparable to one you would experience at a luxury hotel or high-end condominium,” said Josh Feder, Vice President, Head of Multifamily at Global Holdings. “By partnering with Breads, we are able to bring heightened hospitality to our renters while also providing them with the ease and convenience of getting a great cup of coffee and the city’s best pastries in the comfort of their own home.”

The resident-only café at Anagram NoMad will aim to be more than a coffee shop and rather act as a social hub as work from home continues to be a common trend for many companies. Coffee@ by Breads Bakery will provide a comprehensive hospitality program to truly make this exclusive partnership an amenity for the residents living at Anagram NoMad. As part of the partnership, Breads Bakery will cater and program all events at Anagram NoMad. Residents can request Breads Bakery to cater their own personal events as well, with the bakery being able to provide a range of services including catering holiday meals, scheduling musicians to perform as well as providing curated welcome gifts for new residents that include artisan treats and fresh baked bread.

“Hospitality is the ultimate amenity, and we are thrilled to partner with Global Holdings to bring Breads Bakery’s Coffee@ program to this incredible building and neighborhood,” said Gadi Peleg, Owner of Breads Bakery. “Residents of the Anagram NoMad will enjoy a home designed to cater to them in a way not seen in any other residential building.”

Residents of Anagram NoMad will have access to a specially curated café menu during the hours of 7 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday with hopes to expand to include weekend hours in the summer. Additionally, residents have 24/7 access to TULU, a customized app and digital solution with a unit at Anagram NoMad, where they can rent baking tools and purchase ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. provided by Breads Bakery.

Along with the opening of the resident-only café, which will be located on the ground floor, Anagram NoMad is unveiling its completed amenities, which were part of an extensive renovation program by well-known architectural and interior design firm, Fogarty Finger (FFA), to bring the trend of the “hospitality of multifamily” to a peak. The amenities are:

  • The Library: A library bathed with natural light, perfect for contentment and catch up
  • The Office: A dedicated space for co-working and privacy
  • The Café: A space optimized for contemplation and focus, adjacent to an actual café
  • The Playhouse: A home away from home for the children of Anagram NoMad
  • The Green: A public-private garden lawn that serves as an enclave and busy city escape

All apartments at Anagram NoMad are comprised of open-concept layouts with a wide selection of floorplans, in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood flooring throughout and an open gourmet kitchen made for entertaining, with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. Luxury is spread throughout the homes with deep closets, soaking tubs, and large windows that allow for plenty of light.

In addition to the new apartment finishes and amenities, the surrounding neighborhood of NoMad is at the center of NYC, with businesses, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fitness and culture at every turn. With Eataly as the neighborhood grocery, the bar is already set high, but continues to pull in foodies with options like Scarpetta, Shake Shack, ABC Kitchen and Milk Bar, to name a few. Anagram NoMad is also in close proximity to many subway lines, including the PATH, 4, 5, 6, R, W and 1 trains. Homes at Anagram NoMad start at $3,890 per month.
