The Brooklyn Tower
Developed by JDS, developer of the Manhattan supertall 111 W. 57th Street, The Brooklyn Tower stands tall at 93 stories and 1,066 feet. With interiors by Gachot, architecture by SHoP, and amenities by Kristina Ninivaggi of Woods Bagot, the project is essentially Brooklyn’s own Empire State building! The tower offers 550 luxury residences, with 150 condos starting above 500 feet, boasting sweeping views from an unparalleled vantage point spanning the iconic Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and New York Harbor. This elegant building will welcome residents to swim atop the historic Dime Savings Bank of Brooklyn, with a pool overlooking Brooklyn being one of many fantastic amenities.
Olympia Dumbo
Deemed top of the list Brooklyn development since the beginning of the year, this building overlooks the Brooklyn Bridge so residents relax next to the top landmarks of the city. It’s thoughtful architecture is by Hill West Architects with interiors by AD100 firm Workstead all reflect a sense of scale and rhythm, and a palette of colors and materials that is grounded in the maritime and industrial inheritance of DUMBO’s waterfront. The building’s shape resembles a maritime sail with 76 hand-crafted homes, robust resident services, and over 38,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenities.
Saint Marks Place
The striking off-white terracotta facade of Saint Marks Place, along with the sculptural treatment of the private and public outdoor spaces (over 80% of the units have outdoor areas) make this project stand out in NYC’s skyline. Furthermore, INC the design firm who was also behind TWA Hotel and 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, honored the scale of classic Brooklyn brownstones in the surrounding Boerum Hill neighbors in the proportional planning of the building. The firm collaborated with landscape design firm Terrain to curate 3,000 square feet of gardens through the building’s public spaces, making this the perfect space for nature lovers in the city. Saint Marks Place has a plethora of unique amenities, such as a karaoke room, private rentable meditation spaces, and game room.
