Douglas Elliman Realty has welcomed back Stefani Pace, an Associate Broker with 18 years of NYC real estate experience. Pace will be housed in Elliman’s 575 Madison Avenue office, where she will be concentrating on assisting clients in renting, selling and buying property. She will also be building her own team under the Elliman umbrella.
Pace’s career began at a boutique brokerage and from there, quickly made her way to Douglas Elliman. During her 12-year tenure there, she became an award-winning agent, in the President’s Club from 2007-2012 and in the Chairman’s Club from 2013-2018. An expert in negotiations, Pace has set herself aside from others by building deep and meaningful connections with diverse, repeat clients.

Pace has a Master’s degree Psychology from Temple University and is a Certified Financial Planner.
