Cornerstone Building Brands, the largest manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, has named Colleen Pritchett president, U.S. Windows. In her role, she will lead the company’s U.S. residential windows and doors business. She assumed the role effective August 29, 2022, and reports directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Rose Lee.
Pritchett brings more than 20 years of global experience in improving operations and expanding product portfolios through innovation and growth strategies in industrial, electronics and aerospace industries. Most recently, she served as president, Americas Aerospace, a division of Hexcel Corporation, where she was responsible for a P&L business valued at over $1 billion, as well as several thousand employees.
Prior to Hexcel, Pritchett spent 22 years in various roles of increasing responsibility with DuPont, where she gained extensive global and cross-functional leadership experience. She received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She also has leadership training from the Harvard Business School Leadership Program and Women in Governance Program at UCLA.
