AMS Acquisitions Launches Leasing At East Brunswick, NJ’s Summerhill Gardens

AMS Acquisitions is expanding its residential lifestyle brand with the launch of leasing at Summerhill Gardens, a new collection of nearly 100 one-and two-bedroom luxury rental residences in East Brunswick, New Jersey.

In the summer of 2021, New Jersey-based developer, AMS Acquisitions, purchased a seven-acre development site at 377 Summerhill Road. Construction started shortly thereafter and today the complex features four three-story buildings with 96 units, 24 of which are priced for low or moderate-income renters.

The complex, designed by Minno & Wasko architects, also features a central clubhouse with a fitness center, tenant lounge, a children’s playground, dog run, and an outdoor patio equipped with grills, a dining area, and walkable garden. The property is located minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway and is approximately one mile from Route 18.

“AMS was immediately attracted to this project due its location at the corner of a major intersection in town, proximity to retail and shopping and the strong community in which it is based,” said Ari Mitnick, the firm’s director of acquisitions. The development is directly across from a ShopRite-anchored retail center and is adjacent to Frost Woods, a protected forest with popular hiking trails and recreational activities.

Summerhill Gardens is now available and delivering a luxury boutique living experience to Middlesex County. Leasing top of the line one and two-bedroom apartments with spacious layouts, modern finish schemes, open concept kitchens, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and 9’ft ceilings with oversized windows. The deal follows AMS’ recent completion of a 136-unit, age-restricted community in Sayreville, NJ. The firm is also planning projects in Monmouth, Burlington, and Westchester counties.
