Real estate private equity firm Madison International Realty has promoted Yichao Mark to director of strategic investor solutions from vice president on the firm’s Equity Capital Markets team. In this new position, Mark will work with large institutional investors to create customized investment programs utilizing “best ideas” from Madison’s product offerings, co-investments and special situations.
“Yichao has a proven track record of building impactful relationships with global investors and bringing the best of Madison to our institutional client base,” said Ronald Dickerman, president of Madison International Realty.
Mark joined Madison in 2018. Prior to joining Madison, he worked at real estate consulting firm ORG Portfolio Management from 2015 to 2018. He is a member of the Rising Leaders Committee of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). He is also an active CFA charterholder.
