Raise Commercial Real Estate Signs for 4,000SF in Midtown South

Raise, a real estate technology and brokerage firm that delivers workplace solutions to global clients, has signed a three-year, 4,000-square-foot lease at 184 Fifth Ave.  to serve as its New York City headquarters. The company will locate from its co-working location in Chelsea.  

“Following the launch of Raise in the New York market office just over a year ago, we’re thrilled to be making the move into our new home across from the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park, which will serve as a catalyst for our continued growth and presence in the region,” said Jamie Katcher, managing director, New York, Raise Commercial Real Estate. “The Midtown South submarket has continued to appeal to a wide array of tenants seeking a true live, work, play environment, and we’re excited to lay down our roots here.”

The new headquarters will support the day-to-day operations of Raise’s New York City-based team as well as allow for the firm to continue its growth with future key hires within the brokerage, project management, workplace solutions and research and analytics facets of its business. 

 Raise was represented in the transaction by its NYC team consisting of Katcher, Doug Regal, Sebastian Infante, Emilie Goldman and Henry Korzec. The landlord was represented by Ben Waller at ABS Partners Real Estate.
