Kaufman Organization has brought Benjamin Saftler on board as as a director at the firm. Saftler will represent tenants in commercial real estate transactions as well as play a role in the landlord agency.
Saftler, who has over a decade of expertise in tenant representation and extensive experience as a commercial real estate advisor, will work closely with Kaufman’s team to build new client relationships for the firm and take agency of the company’s newest acquisition, 875 Avenues of the Americas.

Prior to joining Kaufman Organization, Saftler worked at various tenant representation firms including Vicus, Capstone and WeWork. Most recently, Saftler served as a managing director for three years at SquareFoot. While in this position he focused primarily on representing tenants in commercial real estate transactions and offering his services as a real estate consultant. As a consultant, Saftler advised clients on lease acquisitions and dispositions, auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals. Among his clients were Korean Reinsurance, Netherland-America Foundation, Moonfare, Hanover Search, OCV Architects and mobile app One.
Saftler graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in communications, a minor in telecommunications, and a concentration in sports marketing and management.
