ABS Partners Real Estate has signed leases with two high-fashion tenants at 210 11th Ave., newly rebranded as The Chelsea Arts Center. Designer Gabriela Hearst has expanded its space to 11,741 square feet, comprising the full floor at the building, while Narciso Rodriguez, the high-fashion designer and fragrance brand, leased 3,740 sf of headquarters showroom and office space on the second floor. for five years.
