Barberry Rose Sells Off Three Building Portfolio In Crown Heights for $5M

Barberry Rose has sold three contiguous four-story buildings on Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights with 49 units for $5 million to Gilman Management.

The buildings include 1193,1199 and 1205 Eastern Parkway and the corner of Rochester Avenue. The 53,908 sq. ft. buildings that were built in 1912, sold for a cap rate of 9%, $92.75 per sq. ft., and $102, 040 price per unit with a GRM of 5.95.
