New York City development company Taconic Partners has named chief investment officer Chris Balestra, who has been with the firm for 15 years, as president. Colleen Wenke, who has been with the firm for 20 years and is currently serving as chief development officer, has been named president and chief operating officer. Co-CEOs Charles Bendit and Paul Pariser will continue in their current roles. Senior Vice President Matt Weir has been promoted to executive vice president.
