European men’s athleisure brand Ron Dorff has opened its first U.S. flagship at 475 Broome St., announced retail consultancy Harper Dennis Hobbs, part of U.S.-based Newmark.

The new store is split across two floors — street level and basement — boasting a combined 4,565 square feet of retail space. Alexandra Tennenbaum, associate director of Newmark’s retail division in New York, represented Ron Dorff in the transaction, working closely with the London team of Harper Dennis Hobbs.

Dorff offers luxe sportswear, with ranges across clothing, underwear, swimwear and accessories. It has six stores across Europe in Paris, France; London, U.K. and Berlin, Germany.

“Harper Dennis Hobbs has acted as sole retail advisors to Claus Lindorff, founder and CEO of Ron Dorff, since the first store opening in London in 2016,” said Hannah Mahoney, director at Harper Dennis Hobbs. “When it came to North America, with the U.S. being their biggest online market at 35% of global sales, and New York representing 12.5% on its own, it was clear to the team that we should launch their flagship store in New York.”
