New York City-based construction and development services firm CNY Group has hired Elroy L. Pierre as project executive.

Pierre will work closely with developers, architects, and designers –– bringing their blueprints to life through accessible and quality services that include value engineering, specialty supervision, project management, design-assist, technical engineering, global sourcing in an open-shop contracting method. Specializing in residential projects, the City College of New York graduate will work on affordable, market-rate housing and luxury communities across the tri-state area.
