The French Cheese Board is relocating to 56 Spring St. in Nolita, announced Katz & Associates.
The two-level space, with 2,200 square feet on the ground and 1,375 square feet in the selling lower level, will feature a shop and will host cooking lessons, cheese pairing sessions, interactive presentations and more. Its new home, anticipated to open summer 2022, will serve as a beacon for chefs, artists, bloggers, foodies, and cheese makers to explore and innovate.
“The landlord was particular about who would be renting the space. They wanted the use to fit with the neighborhood and complement the existing tenants,” said David Yablon of Katz’s New York office, who represented landlord Kano Real Estate Investments. “
Helmsley Spear’s Christine Emery represented the French Cheese Board in the transaction.
