FirstService Residential (FSR), a manager of residential communities throughout North America, signed a long-term lease for 48,000 square feet across the ninth and 10th floors of Beacon Capital Partners’ 575 Fifth Ave. in Manhattan. The company is relocating from 622 Third Ave.
The tenant was represented by Mark Friedman of Colliers, and the landlord self-represented. The space is currently being built out to meet FSR’s vision by Montroy DeMarco Architecture LLP, with Jack Green & Associates as the mechanical engineer.
