Award winning architecture firm Fogarty Finger, developers SB Development Group (SBD1Oak) and sales and marketing team Modern Spaces recently celebrated a major construction milestone – the topping out of Long Island City’s newest luxury condominium, NOVA.
Officially launching sales later this month, the 24-story boutique condominium with architecture inspired by the Flatiron building will bring a mix of 86 new studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes along with ground floor retail space to LIC’s Queens Plaza and Dutch Kills neighborhoods.
