Fortis Property Group and Gronk Fitness recently announced a first in New York City collaboration on Olympia Dumbo’s resident-exclusive fitness space. This residential new development located at 30 Front Street in Brooklyn, New York has partnered with Gronk Fitness to design the building’s luxury fitness center.

Gronk Fitness has been in the fitness industry for over 32 years, with their business rapidly expanding locations up and down the East Coast. The fitness center will feature best-in-class equipment brands that are often found throughout the most high-end gyms and professional training facilities. To create a motivational atmosphere for concentration, artistic light installations, mirrored wall coverings, and separate areas for cardio, strength and circuit-training are present throughout the space.
The spacious fitness center includes traditional free weights and kettlebells, and has impressive digital capabilities, including multiple machines –- treadmills, rowers, step mills, and bikes — with high-tech touchscreens and TVs that can play high intensity training (HIIT) classes. Sleek boxing equipment lines the wall for freestyle strength and cardio training.
