Italian legwear and beachwear brand Calzedonia USA has joined the retail roster at 1333 Broadway. With this new 902-square-foot lease, all retail spaces at 1333 Broadway are now fully leased, announced owner/manager Empire State Realty Trust.
Calzedonia will join Urban Outfitters, Dr. Martens and Shake Shack at the building.

Alex Manopla of Kassin Sabbagh Realty represented Calzedonia in the lease negotiations. Fred C. Posniak of ESRT and Andrew Mandell, Morgan Singer and Sam Matorella of Ripco represented the property owner.
