Rosewood Realty Group announced the sale of a three-story Flatbush, Brooklyn mixed-use building with two market-rate residential apartments and three retail spaces for $11.6 million.
The building, at 357 Flatbush Avenue, (between Park and Sterling Places), sold for a cap rate of 6.81 percent. The 10,445 sq. ft. building that was built in 1915, also has 18,093 feet of air rights.
Rosewood Realty Group’s Aaron Jungreis, Alex Fuchs and Ben Khakshoor represented both the seller Red Sky and the buyer, Joel Brach.
