Bond New York Welcomes Rookie of the Year Spencer Clouse and Team

BOND New York has announced the hire of licensed real estate salesperson Spencer Clouse. Clouse was named REBNY’s Residential Rookie of the Year earlier this year for his stand-out success in not only completing numerous rentals transactions but also two sales in his first year.

Clouse comes to BOND New York with just over a year of real estate experience, most recently from Bohemia Realty Group. Prior to his foray into real estate Clouse, originally from Seattle, toured and worked across the country on various theatrical productions for over a decade. Most notably his last production before transitioning to real estate was Paradise Square’s pre-Broadway run in Chicago where he was a part of the stage management team. He credits this previous experience in his success embarking into the NYC real estate world. In addition, he holds a BFA in Stage Management from Central Washington University and an MFA from University of Iowa.

Clouse is joined by four other agents: Aliya Allen, Denise Ivanoff, Hayden Oliver, and Lauren Bergen – all formerly of Bohemia — to form the Clouse & Associates Team. Queens native Allen comes to BOND with a degree in English Literature from The College of Saint Rose. Bergen holds a BA in Theatre Performance from Wagner College. Ivanoff is a NYC condo owner and entertainer, who has a BA and Masters in Music from Baylor University. Oliver studied music at NC School of the Arts. The team will concentrate on residential sales and rentals.

“We’re delighted to welcome such an energetic, talented, and ambitious group of professionals to our team,” explains Brian Hourigan, managing director, BOND New York. “Their track record in the industry already speaks for itself, as recognized by REBNY, and our goal is to provide them with the guidance, resources, and opportunities they deserve to grow their business further, while leveraging the unique strengths and skills they each bring to the table.”

“It is truly such an honor to come into a space that is so welcoming and encouraging of collaboration. When Aliya and I set out to form this team, we wanted to create a space for community and ideas for all our team members and their clients, so it was a no-brainer when we met with BOND. Their supportive culture matched our level of enthusiasm and they immediately began offering opportunities for collaborating and growth on a larger scale.” says Clouse. “It feels like an organic next step for us and we’re excited for our future at BOND.”
