A modern industrial space, 45Grand offers 35 feet of frontage on Grand Street between West Broadway and Thompson Street. The venue spans across 5,000 square feet over three levels — lower level, street level, and mezzanine — with a classic New York City interior with columns and spots of exposed red brick.
