New Empire Corp, a leading New York-based development and construction management firm building top-quality residential projects, in partnership with Tang Studio Architect, the leading architecture and consulting firm in New York, serving as the Architect of Record for façade designs and layouts, held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of construction at its newest Queens project, located at 58-01 Queens Boulevard.
The full-service 12-story residential building will be designed by renowned architecture firm Tang Studio Architect, and feature stunning layouts, finishes, and top appliances. Designed and programmed with modern living in mind, the building will offer a robust suite of services and amenity spaces. Designed by Whitehall Interiors, renowned for their expertise in interior design for both apartments and common spaces, this project will feature a wide array of amenities. The amenities will include a children’s playroom, an indoor lounge, personal storage, an outdoor terrace as well as a fully equipped fitness center.
