Cresa Principal Gregg Cohen and Vice President Nicholas B. Markel have arranged the lease for Vector Media’s new offices at 845 Third Avenue, a 21-story, mid-century modern, Class-A office tower. The seven-year, three-month lease is for brand new, pre-built space on the 14th floor of the building.
“This corridor offers easy access to transportation, making it an ideal location for an advertising business with multinational clients,” Markel said. “The Emory Roth & Sons-designed building is impeccably managed and notable for its light-filled workspaces and great layouts.”
Vector Media is one of the nation’s largest “out-of-home” media companies, focusing primarily on transit media, including municipal bus and bus shelter inventory across the country.
The landlord, Rudin Management, was represented in-house by Robert Steinman, senior vice president. Vector Media is anticipated to relocate from its offices in another Rudin Building at 560 Lexington Avenue during the fourth quarter 2023. Asking rents at 845 Third Avenue are in the $60s per square foot.
