Lifespire Inc., an organization specializing in creating integrative and safe environments where individuals with developmental disabilities engage with communities through educational programs and activities, has signed a 20,026 square-foot lease at 462 Seventh Ave., announced owner/manager Kaufman Organization. The company will occupy the fourth and fifth floors of the 23-story building, which will now serve as its corporate office.

Lifespire was naturally drawn to 462 Seventh Ave. due to its generous space, perfectly suited for accommodating their expanding business needs while proudly serving as their New York headquarters.”
Heaner and Sam Stein of Kaufman Organization represented the landlord. Darell Handler of Handler Real Estate Organization represented the tenant in this transaction. The asking rent was $45 per square foot.
