Nassimi Realty announced the successful acquisition of two retail properties, Turney Town Plaza and Four Flaggs, totaling approximately $30 million and adding up to approximately 500,000 square feet of retail space.
Turney Town, located at 4908-5020 Turney Rd. in Garfield Heights, Ohio, features anchor tenants such as Dave’s Market, Advance Auto Parts and Sherwin Williams. Four Flaggs, situated at the southeast corner of Golf Road and Milwaukee Avenue in Niles, Illinois, showcases anchor tenants including Fresh Farms, Marshalls, Ashley Furniture and Old Navy.
