Veteran brokerage professionals Paul March of Montgomery and Mark Fowler of Ocean Township joined Lee & Associates’ New Jersey operations this fall as senior vice presidents.

March boasts more than 38 years of office leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants, including global firms such as Samsung and LG Electronics. He specializes in the Princeton office submarket and the tri-state region’s growing life sciences sector. Prior to joining Lee & Associates he held positions at Newmark and CBRE. March earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
Fowler’s commercial real estate career began almost 25 years ago. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties with a focus on Monmouth, Mercer and Middlesex counties. Fowler joined Lee & Associates from Newmark, and previously was an agent with Weichert Commercial. He earned a business studies degree from the University of Westminster in London, England, and is a member of SIOR and IOREBA.
