Greenwich Premier Services, the managing entity of Fareri Associates of Greenwich, Connecticut, has announced that Club Pilates and Jersey Mike’s Subs have joined Goshen Plaza in Goshen, New York, located less than two miles from Legoland, off Route 17.
The two will join Starbucks, which opened in January 2024 in 2,473 square feet (with a drive-thru) as well as CVS, Access Physical Therapy, Anytime Fitness, Heritage Financial Credit Union, Garnet Health, Mathnasium, Athletic Republic and more.
Club Pilates offers low-impact, full-body workouts and a range of class offerings and private lessons that challenge your mind as well as your body. The Reformer-based group Pilates classes are complemented by TriggerPoint, TRX springboard, EXO-chair and other equipment designed to build strength, mobility and stability. Club Pilates will open in 1,952 square feet in early summer 2024, adjacent to Starbucks
Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs and in-store freshly baked bread — the same recipe it started with in 1956 — will open in 1,628 square feet in early summer 2024.
