Tempe (Arizona) Marketplace announced four new tenants — Sam’s Club, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Happy Beauty and Enclave Salon Suites — that will occupy approximately 150,000 square feet at the shopping and entertainment district located at 2000 East Rio Salado Pkwy. These tenants will be open to the public this fall, with Sam’s Club slated to be completed in the summer of 2025.

Sam’s Club, the wholesale warehouse store owned and operated by Walmart, is officially under construction.

Known for its handcrafted and delicious cakes, Nothing Bundt Cakes is the largest specialty cake company in the nation. In addition, the store will offer a wide selection of décor, gifts, party supplies and other items ideal for celebrations.

Happy Beauty Co. is all about quality products at attainable prices. The beauty retailer sources products from around the world, offering an extensive and exclusive lineup of brands including L.A. Girl, The Spathecary and Soo’AE.

Enclave Salon Suites has completed about 85% of construction and is slated to open by the end of the year.
