Rosenberg & Estis P.C., currently celebrating its 50th year, announced that it has formed a new Distressed Real Estate Group to provide expert legal solutions for clients facing challenges from the distress currently facing the real estate market.

The group has been assembled to address the urgent needs of lenders, borrowers, and investors as they navigate the shifting landscape of the New York City real estate market. R&E’s team brings decades of expertise on complex loan workouts, distressed property acquisitions and litigation, among other areas.
