Located at 1600 S. Coast Highway, the 66-room property is now accepting bookings and welcoming guests. The official opening took place on April 20, 2026. This marks AvantStay’s ninth takeover of a former Sonder-operated property and reinforces the brand’s position as a leading operator in the travel and hospitality landscape.
